Investment in a land asset provides considerable scope for variety in the design of the asset allocation, of the operating cash flows and the risk profile. MYROXYLON develops and implements international projects with a priority in agriculture, forestry and timber industry. Special focus is granted to the CO2 sequestration or emission- reduction potentials. Our objective is to optimize the performance of the land resource over the medium and long term and not to maximize short-term profits. This strategy is independent of the different project types mentioned above. Environmental and ethical requirements are taken into account at all stages of planning and implementation.
